Overview:
Your role as an HR Business Partner will be pivotal in shaping our Client's Sales function. You'll partner with senior leaders to influence business decisions, enhance employee engagement, and drive performance management. Your expertise in talent management and organizational change will foster a high-performance culture, while your data-driven insights will inform strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll partner closely with sales leaders and team HR including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning and Organizational Development, and Compensation
- Innovate with purpose: You'll use your HR expertise to drive best practices, influence decisions through data, lead strategic initiatives, org restructuring, workforce planning and succession management while continuously learning about their business functions and culture
- Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior sales leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
- Engage with all levels of our dynamic, matrixed team environment
- Drive Employee Engagement: Enhance work relationships, boost employee morale, increase productivity, and improve retention through effective coaching and feedback
- Investigate and Resolve: Conduct investigations, manage performance improvement plans, execute and create disciplinary actions with managers
- Collaborate across HR department: Work with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning and Organizational Development, and Compensation to drive HR initiatives
- Ensure Compliance: Apply HR practices and principles, ensuring adherence to company policies and HR regulations
- Leverage Data: Analyze data, and recommend actionable changes to drive business success
- Foster Development: Conduct exit interviews, coach employees on conflict resolution, and coordinate employee transfers and promotions
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders across the organization
- Ability to analyze data and recommend changes based on the analysis
- Proactive approach in identifying and implementing effective solutions
- Motivated self-starter with a drive for results
- Leads programs and projects through to completion
- Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and recommend changes based on the analysis
- Strategic and proactive mindset with a passion for partnering with the business and driving results
- Experience supporting Sales business unit with knowledge of sales compensation
