Role & responsibilities

'Preproduction :

Ensure zero surprises during bulk production & ensure preproduction process of managing High Risk, Resource / Material / Machinery / Process Preparation & Advance training to achieve Zero changeover loss.

'Shopfloor:

Effective line balancing, operator performance monitoring. Machinery and manpower requirement details on monthly basis. Time study, capacity study, Bundle serial movement in parts and hanger system in assembly. Ensure the Standard Operation Method & Layout flow as per OB

'Lean

Engage, Promote, implement & Sustain Lean Tools - 5S, RFT, Kaizen, Kanban, POKAYOKE, VSM
