Role Objective:
- Lead the overall Business operations of B2C and B2G with P&L responsibility.
- Responsible for Growth & Profitability of both verticals as per business plan
- Responsible for Sales & Marketing, Customer Experience, New business development and customer relations.
Work Experience:
- 15 - 18 Years of Experience in Business operations with operationally intensive industries like Telecom / Airlines / Hospitality / Retail /Logistics/ Large Vehicle Fleet operator etc.
- Minimum 6-8 years at leadership position with P&L responsibility and selling strategic technology business applications and solutions
- Experience with at least 2 of the above industries will be preferred.
- Should be dominant Striving and Relating talent.
Knowledge:
- Expertise in areas of Design Thinking, Digital Visioning, Digital Strategy & Roadmap Definition, Operating Model Design,
- Emerging Technology Strategy & Sourcing, competitive evaluations & benchmarking of digital portfolio.
- Capable of defining action-oriented business and transformation strategies aimed at delivering value, growth and efficiency.
- To drive the business by excellent execution and leadership skills. Driving business growth using innovation & insights. Should
- have strong business acumen. B2C & B2B Sales & Channel Management.
Responsibility:
- Develop and execute the short-term and long-term Growth strategy.
- Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
- Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
- Should combine Design thinking, industry experience to create digital intervention and technology infusion to humanize experience and reimagine possibilities for customers.
- Overall strategy formulation and execution, marketing, brand building, product innovation, alliances and capability building.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop new channel acquisition and strategic marketing initiatives that increase the sales & distribution number.
- Should have sound knowledge on Operations management, network planning and optimization
- P&L Accountability: Engaged with cross functional stakeholders at enterprise companies to boost top and bottom-line profits while generating new business & growing revenue.
- Key Account Management: Acts as a trusted advisor to key clients, grew revenue and increase relationship management with them
- Increase in Volume & Market Shares: Ensuring the achievement of the overall volumes & market share targets in all segments.
- Devising complex sales & marketing strategies (as per organizational vision & mission), developing new market segments which concentrates on augmenting the revenue & achieving top-line and bottom-line profitability
- Proven experience in achieving business goals in highly competitive environment with outstanding knowledge of both technical & business side
- Should have Handled tasks such as business planning, forecasting, and data analysis & implemented in line with business requirements of future products at client end systems to realize operational efficiencies.
- Proven ability to lead teams, work independently / cooperatively as a part of global team to meet customer's objectives, deadlines, and comfortable interacting with multiple levels of organization
- Risk management- de risking execution, vendor contracts
- Customer experience, Call centers and NPS
Skills:
- Experience with bottom-up SaaS startups is a plus.
