Junior Technical Support role in a fast-growing software solutions company, CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Full-time position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications And Skills.

1-3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.

Strong knowledge of software systems and troubleshooting methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding software solutions.

Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, offering prompt and effective solutions.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems via phone, email, or remote assistance.

Guide customers through the installation, setup, and configuration processes of the software.

Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Document and maintain customer support records, including issues and resolutions.

Stay updated with product knowledge and participate in training programs to enhance skills.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
