Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support our Direct Apply function and link students to their dream college. The role requires strong organizational skills and a profound aspiration to help students make the right decision for their next academic steps. This is a global role where the Operations Specialist will be backend operations of applications coming from Cialfo schools across different regions.
Responsibilities:
Receive, assess and enter application information to the relevant portal.
Review tasks and additional requirements for the students and work with the team to receive these from the student.
Keep the student s platform up to date at all times with relevant results and status information.
Support the smooth running of the Operations team.
Build reports to track data on applications, offers, and acceptances by region and circulate them for the attention of the relevant internal teams, to support their prioritization of follow up activities.
Review and address errors and issues relating to documents being processed through the pipeline through internal stakeholder management.
About You
Qualifications
A bachelors degree in the relevant field.
Experience
Experience working with university representatives in application and/or admission-related matters is a plus.
An understanding of universities academic programs and admissions processes is a plus.
Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A winning attitude which you use to drive outcomes.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology.
Qualities
Excellent organizational, data management, and presentation skills.
