Associate Director of Digital Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Digital Marketing to lead and oversee all digital marketing initiatives across SEO, paid media, HubSpot, web development, content creation, and email marketing. This role requires a visionary leader who can build a high-performing digital marketing team and develop strategies that drive growth and align with Cialfo s business objectives. What You Will Be Doing :

• Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across channels, including SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRM management (HubSpot).
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of specialists in SEO, HubSpot, web development, content creation, and design to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Channel Integration : Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure digital marketing strategies are integrated with broader business and sales efforts.
• Budget Management : Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and on time, maximizing ROI.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush. Provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Innovation Growth : Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies. Continuously test and implement new strategies to drive growth and engagement.

About You

• Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience :
  • At least 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Skills :
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a digital marketing team.
  • Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, and CMS platforms.
• Qualities :
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related fields are a plus.
