Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium
- Conduct thorough functional and performance testing to validate software applications
- Utilize LoadRunner for performance testing to ensure applications meet scalability and reliability standards
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team to facilitate continuous improvement
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with stakeholders to prioritize and address
- Participate in project planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development process
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on automation testing
- Strong proficiency in Selenium for automated testing
- Proven experience in performance testing using LoadRunner or similar tools
- Solid understanding of functional testing methodologies and best practices
- Knowledge of the insurance domain, including policy management, claims processing, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with full-stack testing, including front-end and back-end testing
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and issue tracking tools like JIRA
- Proficiency in several programming language (Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python) and JSON format
- Proficiency in Appium, TestNG, Selenium and Jenkins
- Proficient in writing SQL and querying DB2 databases
