Building Permit & Architecture Governance Program delivery covering all Permits across Chubb Life Markets/Countries projects initiatives.
Drive the weekly Architecture Review Board ARB submissions.
Drive automation and standards
Ensure Infrastructure and applications are adhering to the permit to operate before going live.
Monitor the defined standards for all projects permits to ensure the Markets are adhering to Architecture policies to design the solution and develop of robust and resilient Business Applications.
Lead team managers to deliver operational services to support service provision and to manage and develop their respective teams.
Liaise closely with the Global and Regional Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure effective response is received on their approvals as per the defined SLA.
Review and recommend continuous improvement of Building Permit and Architecture review board.
Assist the project team managers/leads to develop all gates artifacts that are needed for approvals.
Able to manage Enterprise Asset for all Markets in ServiceNow and APM tool.
8-10+ years experience in Technology Architecture Landscape and understanding of various Architecture layers.
Degree in Engineering or Compute Science or equivalent.
Broad know-how of IT (Integration, Infrastructure, Applications)
Familiarity with IT Service Management toolsets such as ServiceNow and APM.
Experience working with large multi-cultural teams spread across regions.
A demonstrable track record of working with senior IT leaders and Technology leads.
Demonstrated experience with facets of personnel management.
Demonstrated experience in leading change, with track record of identifying and implementing opportunities to improve Building Permit processes.
Ability to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external partners, and decision makers.
Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries; willing to break down functional silos to optimize business results and to facilitate the overall organization.
Experience in working with a large geographically diverse matrix organization and senior leadership team.
Ability to operate effectively in a large global organization.
Experience of developing and implementing policy/procedural change.
Proven experience in dealing with sensitive performance and personal matters in a diplomatic and effective manner.
Strong organizational, operational planning, management, and business skills. Understanding of Insurance life cycle is a plus.
Proven interpersonal skills, including leadership and relationship building.
Experience of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of groups, individuals, and organizations
Experience of working with and influencing senior management and Technology teams across Markets.
Skills will include excellent oral and written communication, delegation, problem solving, facilitation, leading/chairing internal and external networks.
