Job Description
- Integration support for EXP, ELIAS, ClientWIP, Genius, CUW, Tracker, CRISP, ATD, ICC and Chubb.IO service management
- Setup and maintenance of SFTP between Chubb and vendors, and support Endpoints, portal configs, SSO, and batch transmissions.
- Server upgrades and patches, Certification updates, and ftp management for multiple integrated systems
- Manage incidents and lead meetings to discuss and determine priorities with vendor.
- Helpdesk support, Production release support, Snapback support, Appscan support and international support for 3 COG portals (EMEA, LATAM, APZ) and GenNext
- Internal table maintenance and user provision for multiple Risk Engineering systems
- Understanding of Risk Engineering applications, workflows and integrations will be plus.
- Support new digital initiatives - data ingestion into data lake, EXP/inCight integration and Risk Engineering GPT implementation and pilot rollout.
- CAB Meetings for Change Management
- Support work for content management application, Chubb Risk Engineering Center (CREC) related support and IoT area and other risk engineering areas.
- SQL databases, Access, Excel, XML, SOAP UI, Postman and understanding of the service endpoints
- GetAccess and Single Signon, API integration and security
- Windows 10-11 (software Center, configuration manager)
- SNOW, OIM,APIM, Axway FTP, out of box software packaging and distribution
- Azure Cloud based technologies.
- Agile Software development methodologies
- REST based API development experience.
- Working with internal and external customers
- Vendor relationships and business partnership
- Install and manage SSL/TLS certificates in the Azure environment.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Configure and maintain Network Security Groups (NSGs) and Azure Firewall to ensure secure network communication.
