Data Analyst

Data Analyst (SQL, Python, Data Analysis)

• 4-10 years of industry experience in Business Analysis & Data Analysis
• Experience of at least 2-3 years in Datawarehouse projects, preferably experience with Insurance Domain
• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Hands on experience with Business Analysis, requirement gathering, business interactions
• Hands on experience with Data Analysis, Data Mapping, data transformation, data validation
• Hands on Experience in SQL and manipulating large data sets in a database is a must
• Must have worked on at least couple of source systems data analysis at field level
• Good understanding of various data models in data warehouse & different data types\values
• Good understanding of Data Warehouse
• Experience in ETL will be an added advantage
• Eager to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies relating to business Intelligence and data analysis
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses and actionable insight
• Passionate about data and analyzing business needs and experience with Insurance Domain
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• RolePurpose: As a Business Analyst\Data Analyst, you will be working with senior business analyst to perform business requirement gathering for several systems and business processes in the APAC region. Business Analyst will be involved from initial scoping, discovery, and documentation of requirements right through to post implementation and continuous improvements.
