In this role you ll make an impact by:

• Plan, execute, lead, and finalize a variety of projects within the order-to-cash process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular reporting
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation and adoption by the end users
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in customer service organizations globally to understand their requirements and ensure seamless integration of order-to-cash initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and optimizations within the order to cash cycle, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, developing proposals for new processes, tools, systems etc
• Investigate new tools and systems as well as best practices from other companies and market
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline order-to-cash processes, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.

To succeed you must have/be:

• 10+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in Project Management (PMP certification will be an added advantage)
• Possess a strong track record in project and stakeholder management of cross-functional global projects, preferably within the supply chain organization.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Exhibit a strong analytical approach with a data-centric recommendation.
• Show a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to navigating uncertainties.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain and order-to-cash processes, customer interaction flows, and IT, with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization.

Great to have but not mandatory:

• Experience working with EDI implementation.
• Or have experience of working within Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud
