Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Precision Auto Fasteners products and services.
- Manage the supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and customer demand to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain management processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report progress.
- Communicate marketing and SCM performance and status to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or supply chain management role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes and procedures.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
