Roles and Responsibilities - Area Collection Manager - Jalgaon

• Manage a team of collectors to achieve collection targets for assigned areas.
  
• Conduct regular visits to branches within the circle to monitor collections performance and provide feedback.
  
• Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase collections efficiency.
  
• Develop strong relationships with branch managers and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Analyze data reports to track progress against targets and make informed decisions.
• Should have knowledge into Home,Lap,Micro Lap ,Secured Business Back ground/Legal Knowledge and Process Handling experience.
