Responsibilities in detail:
Prepare and send detailed billing statements and invoices for projects, following contract terms and company policies.
Review and analyse project contracts, making sure accurate billing and cost
management.
Handle any billing and contract issues with clients and subcontractors.
Keep records of all project billing activities, like invoices, receipts, and documents.
Make and present regular cost reports and financial summaries to management and stakeholders.
Work with project managers, engineers, and other team members to align project scope, budget, and billing.
Help resolve billing-related disputes and claims.
Follow industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all billing and cost management activities.
Regularly audit billing practices to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on billing and cost management.
