Executive - Asset Management

• Maintain and update records of all company assets, including hardware, software, equipment, and real estate.
• Implement and manage asset tagging, categorization, and inventory processes.
• Plan and oversee the acquisition, deployment, usage, maintenance, and disposal of assets.
• Evaluate the condition of assets and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Analyze asset performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures or process improvements.
• Ensure all assets are managed in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with asset management.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers for procurement, repairs, and maintenance.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Generate regular reports on asset utilization, costs, and depreciation.
• Support financial planning by providing accurate data on asset-related expenses.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Asset Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in asset management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle management. - Proficiency in asset management software/tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
