Assistant Manager - IT/SAP INFRA. (Jammu location)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems include module MM, PP, QM.
• Ensure the integrity and security of SAP data.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement SAP solutions that meet those needs.
• Provide training and support to SAP users.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Strategic Planning
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for technology improvements and innovation.
• IT Infrastructure Management
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's IT systems, including servers, networks, Email, Firewall, Backup, and storage.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's data and IT assets.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and SAP system administration.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Proficiency in SAP system implementation and management.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
