Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :
*No Sales Target*
- Property Presentation : Property (Sample Villa/Flat) showings, highlighting the property features and benefits of luxury properties, and align / understand them with the client's requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Prepare reports of daily customer visits at site.
Requirements:
1. Only Bachelor's degree.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office/ Excel and CRM software
