Job Description

As a Sr. software engineer, your role typically involves working and delivering independently on a set of assigned tasks. At times you will be required to mentor and upskill your subordinates. You would be part of a high-performance team that you would be required to collaborate extensively and work. You would be expected to deliver on your core skills and develop additional skills in the job for you as we'll as your team. You will be a part of an offshore team usually working on a product development team serving one of our global customers.

Typical activities that would be expected are.

Program and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager.
Work with the engineering team to explore and create new design/architectures geared towards maintenance/readability, scale and performance.
Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments.
Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work, work independently on your assigned work.

Requirements

Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
Developing user interface components and implementing them by following we'll-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.
3 to 5 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android.
3 years of commercial experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps.
Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.
Strong communications and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive.
Experience in processing electronic signatures (eSignatures), Digital Signing and Digital Security Services. oAuth2.0, OpenID Connect and Keycloak
Experience with federated identity providers such as Active Directory and Google SSO
Good knowledge on document security products(SecureCODE)
Experience with building apps and software for consumer goods is a bonus.
Degree in software engineering, computer science, or software development is a plus.
Strong knowledge and experience in deploying app in Play store and App Store
Nice to haves: Firebase, DevOps
