Sales Coordinator

Note : Must have knowledge of Gujarati language

• Order Management:
• Coordinate with distributors and super stockists to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor order fulfilment and address any discrepancies or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and update the database accordingly.
• Territory Management:
• Manage and oversee sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the territory.
• Sales Support:
• Provide support to the sales team by facilitating communication and resolving inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Anticipate demand fluctuations and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and track interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
