Job Description
- A bachelor s degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, communication, or customer relationship management.

- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries
- Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams and departments.
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns and insights; and leverage this information to enhance customer relationship management strategies
- Manage customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media
- Monitor customer feedback regularly and identify areas of improvement in our products and services
- Stay updated about industry trends and CRM best practices to ensure our processes and procedures are optimised.

The novelty of working inside an airport never wears off. The legal team is not very large and aviation work is always varied and interesting, so there’s very little scope for getting bored.
The HR policies of the company are dictated by the Adani group (which runs Mumbai airport), which is headquartered at Ahmedabad.
