Fire & safety certification - B. Tech degree - 12-16 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry

Develop, implement, and maintain fire and safety protocols for all sites within the Power/Energy sector - Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures - Create and conduct safety training programs for employees to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and improve safety performance across all sites - Manage emergency response procedures and conduct drills to prepare employees for potential safety threats - Stay updated on industry safety standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's compliance and continuous improvement in safety measures - Oversee the investigation of safety incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions - Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all safety-related documentation and permits are in place - Develop and maintain emergency response plans and coordinate with external agencies for mutual aid and support
