Job Description
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Additional certifications in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or BMS are highly desirable
- 8-10 years of experience in building management system operations and maintenance
- Proven track record of effectively managing BMS for airline and airport facilities
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing energy management and conservation initiatives within the industry
- Implement and oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of BMS for commercial buildings, airport, hotels, malls, etc.
- Monitor and analyze BMS data to identify opportunities for improved energy efficiency and cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BMS with other building systems
- Conduct regular system audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to uphold system reliability and performance
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on BMS-related projects and upgrades
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on BMS performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Hands on in designing , reviewing and updating the programe in the system.
- Should be quick and analytical to predict andprevent failure as well as to ensure energy , water optimization.
- Should be aware of various MEP equipments , BMS Requirement and their performance parameters.
- Should have auto photo process from projects to operations including Snagging , DBR review, design review etc- Handover experience.
- Capex projects - Should able to prepare BOQ for inhouse projects for monitoring of equipment and also equipment parameters, analysis for quick discussion.
