Detail responsibiliê¢es:
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, PPAP, SPA, Quality Standards etc.
Standard processes, Process QA, QA documentation etc.
Quality Management: Oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure
compliance with industry standards and regulations in Technology department
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the technology centre and
assembly shop to enhance efficiency and quality.
Quality Assurance Policies: Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain consistent
product quality throughout the manufacturing process under Technology dept
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance and quality control teams, ensuring
effective coordination and communication.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and monitor supplier
performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality components and materials.
Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits and inspections of the technology center and assembly shop to assess
compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Defect Analysis and Resolution: Lead efforts to investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause
analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Training and Development: Develop training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of quality
assurance and quality control personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities, including inspection
reports, non-conformance incidents, and corrective actions. Prepare regular reports on quality performance for
management review.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards applicable to tea vending machine
manufacturing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, fostering
a culture of quality excellence and innovation.
Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and quality metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing
customer satisfaction and loyalty. Implement strategies to address customer concerns and improve product
quality accordingly.
