Lead - AD Credit Cards

• Product Development and Launch: Partner with a bank to design, develop, and launch a co-branded credit card tailored to our customers needs. Define product features, rewards, and value propositions that align with our brand.
  
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of the credit card portfolio, including customer acquisition, retention, usage, and profitability metrics. Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement and optimize portfolio performance.
  
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the issuer bank, payment networks, and other key industry players. Negotiate offers, promotions, and partnerships that enhance the cards value to our customers.
  
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform product development and improve the cards competitive position.
  
• Marketing and Promotion: Work with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Ensure that card benefits and features are effectively communicated to target audiences.
  
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the co-branded credit card program complies with all applicable regulations and risk policies, working closely with compliance, risk, and legal teams.
