What you'll be doing

We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin:

• Managing collections: Overseeing the care, preservation, and security of collections, including objects, artifacts, or other items
• Managing agencies: Track and Oversee the performance of the agency and continuously motivating the agency employees to perform better.
• Developing and implementing strategies: Creating and implementing strategies to improve collection processes, minimize delinquency, and optimize collections
• Negotiating with customers: Negotiating payment arrangements with customers and striking a balance between the company's profit and the customer's ability to repay
• Managing the collections team: Supervising and motivating the collections team
• Maintaining records: Maintaining accurate records of actions taken, including repossession and selling
• Resolving disputes: Resolving disputes and customer service issues
• Collaborating with legal teams: Collaborating with legal and compliance teams on legal actions
• Reporting: Generating reports on debt aging and collections performance.

What youll need

Like us, youll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.TBachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in collections and agency management required
• 5+ years of experience in collections and customer service preferred
• Knowledge of collection laws and regulations is very important.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Reporting

Ideal Profile: Someone who has managed collection operations (inhouse/agency) for at least 2 years and have been in collections domain for at least 3-5 years.
