Engage in outbound calls to connect with potential customers, effectively promoting and assisting them navigate our diverse credit and finance products.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the fintech and lending ecosystems to highlight the unique advantages of CheQs offerings compared to competitors.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products, addressing customer queries with finesse.
Cultivate and nurture positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
Provide precise information about our products/services, including pricing and promotions.
Strive for continuous improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.
Requirements
Minimum experience of 1 year, with a grasp of the Fintech and Lending environments.
Proven track record in telesales, focusing on Edtech,Fintech, Lending or Insurance products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Successful track record as a sales representative.
Ability to understand quickly and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages with English & Hindi being mandatory, along with any one regional language.
Self-driven and highly motivated.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively.
Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
