- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate ordering terms and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Prepare monthly, weekly reports on purchases, including cost analyses, budget vs actual spent.
- Monitor pending PRs on daily basis and ensure conversion within shortest time.
- Responsible for Procurement to Pay.
- Coordinate with plant team on daily basis ensuring technical clearances for offers obtained, resolve any post supply issues, etc
Coordinate with Accounts department for invoice accounting, GST compliance, etc
