Advise the board of directors & senior management on legal, regulatory, and corporate
governance matters
Prepare and file necessary documents and disclosures for the IPO, including the
prospectus, listing application & other relevant forms°Manage due diligence, valuation, pricing & allocation of the IPO shares
Preparation of Notices, Agenda & Minutes for Board and Shareholders
Compliance with all applicable laws like, FEMA etc.°
