CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Job Description:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This includes tracking cash flow, analyzing the companys financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing strategic directions to enhance profitability and ensure long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.
