Job Description: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy and Leadership
(a) Oversee all financial controls, including budgeting, accounting, MIS, compliance, and taxation for
the group.
(b) Lead proactive profit planning and guide management on key financial milestones.
(c) Implement robust financial processes to ensure zero leakage and strong internal controls.
(d) Provide strategic financial input to support senior management decision-making through
comprehensive MIS systems.
2. Debt and Cash Flow Management
(a) Drive debt restructuring and funding initiatives to meet the organizations financial goals.
(b) Plan, monitor, and optimize cash flows and working capital to ensure smooth operations.
(c) Implement robust payment processes, payment planning, and authorization procedures.
3. Budgeting and Financial Monitoring
(a) Finalize budgets, forecasts, and growth plans in collaboration with senior management.
(b) Anchor the project feasibility sign-off process and monitor actual vs. budgeted costs to enhance
profitability.
(c) Analyze, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
4. Compliance and Audit
(a) Ensure 100% statutory compliance, including audit, taxation, RERA, ROC, and filing of annual tax
returns.
(b) Oversee the finalization of financial reports and audits in coordination with internal and external
auditors.
(c) Manage compliance risks, cost assessments, and return on capital employed (ROCE) evaluations
for future ventures.
5. Team Leadership and Development
(a) Manage and mentor a team of at least 10 members to foster leadership and drive excellence.
(b) Groom the next generation of leaders within the finance team.
6. ERP and Digital Transformation
(a) Successfully implement and oversee ERP platforms across the organization to drive financial
transformation projects.
(b) Streamline processes for efficient reporting and financial transparency.
7. Qualifications and Experience:
(a) Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
(b) Experience: 1520 years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in real estate finance.
(c) Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth environment.
(d) Expertise in financial analysis, compliance, cash flow management, and taxation.
(e) Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
