Overview:
- As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and strategic financial planning of our organization.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the finance and accounting teams, ensuring financial integrity, and driving sound financial decision-making to support the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to drive the company's financial growth and stability.
- Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the executive management team and the board of directors.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and optimize the company's capital structure, investment strategies, and cash flow.
- Lead financial risk management and compliance efforts, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Direct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and performance evaluation.
- Drive the M&A activities, conducting due diligence, and overseeing post-merger integration.
- Supervise treasury management, banking relationships, and financing activities.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and efficient audit processes.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a similar industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and financial standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive financial excellence and deliver sustainable results.
- Proven track record of successful financial management, cash flow optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in managing M&A transactions and integration processes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive organizational change.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
