Chief Financial Officer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our Noida office.

C.A. with Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance,

- Finalization of Balance Sheets within regulatory deadlines for listed companies

- In-depth knowledge of Taxation and GST compliance

- Liaising with Banks and Financial Institutions for financial negotiations

- Prepare accurate and reliable financial reports, including current and forecasting reports

- Oversee and manage the companys financial systems and IT tools for accounts and compliance

- Develop investment strategies, manage cash flow, and mitigate liquidity risks

- Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- Manage treasury functions, ensuring appropriate financial instruments are used for investments

- Oversee unit accounts, coordinating closely with Unit Accounts Heads to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Lead the preparation and management of MIS (Management Information Systems) reports Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse financial teams

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in ERP systems, TALLY, and other financial/accounting software for managing taxation, TDS, and GST-related tasks
