Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Translating regulatory requirements into practical actions and processes.
2- Handle all the responsibilities given by the management.
3- Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
4- To assist Mr. Aniket with matters concerning payments, advances, and banking
Gratuity
5- To act as a SPOC for any payroll gratuity and advance payment queries.
6- To administer of Gratuity scheme.
• To make note of comments of individuals on resignation regarding gratuity and keep a record of the data.
• Individually responsible for the calculation of Gratuity of employees, answering queries related to gratuity and disbursement of the same
• At times close interaction with LIC office and submitting Gratuity data once the payment is done.
Advance payments
• To generate Advance reports via Advance software in an accurate and timely manner and submitting the same to higher management.
• To prepare excel reports on a monthly basis regarding canteen deduction and major deductions as per unit in accurate and timely manner and submitting to the Billing department for checking.
• To generate and upload police verification records of an individual. - Need to check with Naik Sir.
Generation and activation of UAN, and updating it in the system.
Providing monthly PF ECR and Challan printouts to the billing team and updating the information in the system.
Resolving guard queries related to death cases, name corrections, date of birth corrections, and date of joining corrections at the PF office.
Guard Board
Submitting monthly levies to the guard board both online and offline, and updating the information in the system. Providing printed copies to the billing team.
Submitting half/quarterly/yearly returns to the guard board, updating the system, and maintaining records in a file.
Sending concern letters to clients via email and following up with clients accordingly. •Submitting exemption files to the guard board, filling out Form D, and maintaining the necessary documentation.

• Experience- 2-3 years
