Full Stack Web Developer

Website / WordPress Development:

• Refine and enhance client-facing internet architecture and frameworks, including UI component strategy.
• Prototype and develop solutions and frameworks for engineering use.
• Collaborate with engineers of varying skill levels, influencing technical decisions and driving optimal solutions.
• Tackle complex programming challenges and assist engineering teams in overcoming obstacles.
• Actively contribute code and take on technical leadership within an agile team.
• Partner with the Product Manager (PM) to create outcome-based roadmaps and processes.
• Communicate effectively with marketing, business teams, and product management, both verbally and visually.
• Develop and implement custom themes and plugins, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Apply best practices for AI in web development and ensure appropriate governance.
• Know how to deliver website personalization at scale for different buyer personas
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.

Documentation & Best Practices:

• Create, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation for WordPress development processes, custom themes, and plugins.
• Document website content architecture and propose improvements where necessary.
• Establish and enforce best practices for WordPress development, including coding standards, site architecture, and version control.
• Record completed projects, lessons learned, and ongoing improvements to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency.

Training & Development:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for WordPress, providing training and guidance on best practices.
• Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions to enhance team members technical skills.
• Mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Assist in integrating AI tools and techniques into the team s workflow.

• Expertise in developing architectural design diagrams and specifications.
• Experience with Design Systems and Components.
• Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages (Python, PHP, Java, React/ReactJS)
• Familiarity with web architecture and GitHub.
• Understanding of HTTP and REST protocols.
• Have working knowledge of different martech tools Marketo, 6sense, Mutiny or similar tools
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
