The Jar app is a habit-building micro-savings platform that helps users save fixed amounts from as little as 10 in 24K digital gold. Our users also have the option to convert these savings to cash or physical gold at their convenience.
Jar also effortlessly facilitates investments by enabling users to save while they spend, utilizing our round-off method, like a digital piggy bank.

Founded by Misbah Ashraf, former founder of community-focused e-commerce platform Marsplay, and Nishchay AG, former director and founding member at mobility start-up Bounce, Jars unwavering mission is to shatter psychological barriers to saving and investing, thus spearheading the Financial Fitness revolution for Bharat.

Nek is an affordable luxury jewelry brand that is powered by Jar. It is the culmination of what we know best; affordability, the value of gold, and crafting incredible connections. Neks wide collection of silver and gold jewelry is made with meticulous artisanship to celebrate you and find the magic in every occasion.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries, and providing chat, voice, and email support
  • Conducting surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
  • Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
  • Escalating users unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Excellent comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer needs appropriately.
  • Should be a self-driven, motivated and task driven individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from Manager and Lead.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. English and Hindi language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Are available for a duration of 3 months - work from the Office/Home
  • A bachelor s degree in administration or related field.
  • Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office.
  • Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
