Job Description

Neks wide collection of silver and gold jewellery is made with meticulous artisanship to celebrate you and find the magic in every occasion.

Roles & Responsibilities

Outreach to Creators : Identify and reach out to influencers, initiating conversations to onboard them into the affiliate program.
Affiliate Program Management : Onboard influencers, negotiate deals, and manage the sending of barter products.
Content Collaboration : Coordinate with creators to ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon content, such as reels.
Operations Management : Act as an account manager for affiliate creators, handling their operational needs and queries.

What We Are Looking For

Content Understanding : Ability to evaluate and understand the quality and relevance of influencer content.
Influencer Management : Strong skills in managing influencer relationships and campaigns.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with influencers.
Jewellery Styling Knowledge : Awareness of jewellery styling trends to guide collaborations effectively.
Relationship Building : Capability to build and nurture relationships with influencers.
Preferred Skills : Existing experience as an influencer or connections within the influencer network, proficiency in Excel for tracking and managing data.
