Ensure that sales targets are consistently met by leading the team and supporting them in achieving individual goals. Focus on driving business growth through a mix of client acquisition, AUM growth, and cross-selling of services

Analyze sales processes and team performance to identify areas of improvement. Implement training, best practices, and tools that enhance the team's ability to convert leads and meet their targets, improving sales effectiveness across the cluster.

- Competitive Differentiation:
Differentiate the company from competitors by promoting its unique value proposition. Focus on the company's research-driven approach to Wealth Management, ensuring it stands out in the competitive landscape.
- Brand Building & Market Positioning:
Engage in brand-building activities that highlight the company's strength in research-based wealth advisory services. Position MOPW as a trusted thought leader in the Wealth Management space, enhancing its reputation and market visibility.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Lead the acquisition of New-to-the-Firm (NTF) clients and develop long-term relationships with HNI, UHNI, and corporate clients. Provide personalized wealth advisory services that meet the diverse financial goals of clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- AUM & Book Size Growth:
Ensure the continuous growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) by identifying new investment opportunities, enhancing the performance of client portfolios, and expanding the overall book size.
