The Admission Counselor represents the institution both on and off-campus, engaging with prospective students through various outreach activities and events.

2. Handle Different students inquiries.

3. Make calls, follow ups & ownership

4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes.

5. Punctuality.

6. Respond to Students inquiries proactively.

7. Provide product and information to students.

8. Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.
