Assistant Director-Creative & Communication

Job Responsibilities:

The Creative & Communication  Assistant Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and communication strategy of the company. This role involves overseeing the creative team of graphics, contet writer, video editor, etc., developing and implementing communication campaigns, and ensuring that all creative output aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.

• Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee all creative projects, ensuring high-quality and on-brand execution.
• Develop comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand presence.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, writers, and communication specialists.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster professional growth and development within the team.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align creative and communication strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of the company’s brand across all communication channels.
• Develop and manage the creative and communication budget.

Skiils:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successful communication campaigns and creative projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
