Role & responsibilities
Tender Management
- Analyze and interpret tender documents to understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to gather necessary information.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
- Ensure all tender documents comply with customer specifications and company standards.
Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to win tenders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for tenders.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain necessary information for tenders.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender activities.
- Prepare reports on tender outcomes and provide feedback to management.
Preferred candidate profile
The Inside Sales Tender Specialist is responsible for managing the entire tender process from initial inquiry to final submission. This role involves coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
