Sales Accountant

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Accounting Expertise:
   
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in managing sales-related financial transactions
2. Financial Reporting:
   
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Experience in handling accounts receivable and payable

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
4. Communication Skills:
   
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with sales and finance teams
5. Language Proficiency:
   
• Proficiency in Marwadi and/or Gujarati preferred, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
6. Technical Skills:
   
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
7. Organizational Skills:
   
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
8. Problem-Solving:
   
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts
• Proactive approach to addressing financial issues and discrepancies
9. Customer Service:
   
• Experience in handling customer accounts and providing excellent service
• Ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
10. Attention to Compliance:
    
• Understanding of compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Ability to ensure all financial processes and documentation meet company policies and legal requirements

These skills ensure that the Sales Accountant can effectively manage financial aspects of sales operations, contribute to accurate reporting, and support the overall financial health of Champion Seals.

Qualifications/ Competency

• Minimum qualification: B.Com
• Age: 30 to 55 years
• Proficiency in Marwadi/Gujarati languages preferred
• Proven experience in sales accounting or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month, plus performance incentives
