Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and Analyse tender requirements and ensure compliance. Draft, review, and finalize tender documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Regularly monitor PSUs and Defence Labs' e-procurement portals such as GEM, Def Proc, CPPP, HAL e-tenders, ISRO e-procurement, BEL SRM portal, updating on tender announcements, corrigenda, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs for quotations.
• Monitoring the status of submitted tenders and updates, Maintain a comprehensive record of tender submissions, approvals, and outcomes.
• Collaborating with internal departments to expedite responses to RFQs, Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, handling queries, clarifications, and correspondence related to tenders and conduct regular follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Attending and contribute to customer review meetings to discuss tender progress, requirements, and outcomes. Participate in internal review meetings to evaluate tender strategies and performance.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• BE Mech / EEE / Mechatronics/ Aeronautical
• BE with MBA will be an advantage
