Role & responsibilities

Hands on experience on Support Engineer -Network, Firewall, Server, Asset Management, Ticket Management, o365, Security, Cyber Security, Hardware

Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

Write well-designed, testable code

Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

Comply with project plans and industry standards

Ensure software is updated with latest features

Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions s

SOP Creation for System Adherence

Resolving the Calls registered in the Call Register Portal with in the committed time

Assigning and Monitoring the User Rights

SRS Preparation and discussion with vendor and carry on the development activity Investigating and using new technologies where relevant

Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
