E Commerce Executive

Role & responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management:

• Create and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Nykaa, Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart) including accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications.
• Ensure all product data is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with platform guidelines.
• Monitor product availability, update inventory levels, and ensure products are listed with correct pricing and offers.
• Regularly audit the catalog to maintain consistency, quality, and accuracy across multiple platforms.

2. Order Processing:

• Manage end-to-end order processing, including monitoring incoming orders, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Track order status, resolve any order-related issues, and address customer concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with platform policies and company guidelines.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports across platforms.
• Analyze and report key metrics such as conversion rate, page views, sales volume, and customer reviews.
• Identify trends and opportunities for product and listing optimization to improve sales and visibility on platforms.

4. Platform Management:

• Stay updated on changes to platform policies, algorithms, and tools to ensure optimal listings and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with customer service and marketing teams to ensure promotional campaigns, offers, and advertisements are implemented effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product listings, orders, inventory discrepancies, and payment processing.

5. Collaboration & Communication:

• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues and stay informed about any new platform updates.
• Regularly communicate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and marketing strategies.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence on leading online marketplaces, including Nykaa, Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing products, managing the catalog, and overseeing order processing to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. The candidate must have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
