E-commerce Expert (Shopify & Product Onboarding)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the companys Shopify store, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
• Handle product onboarding across multiple e-commerce platforms, including setting up product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure accurate and compelling product content.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of product listings, using data-driven insights to improve visibility and sales.
• Ensure all product listings are compliant with platform guidelines and best practices.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure products are in stock and available for sale.
• Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on Shopify and other platforms.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to the online store or product listings, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
• Assist with the integration of new tools and technologies to enhance e-commerce operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Expert, with a strong focus on Shopify and product onboarding.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify, including themes, apps, and customizations.
• Experience with product onboarding for various retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart).
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for e-commerce.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics).
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
