- We're seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Development Manager (Sr SDM) to actively seek new business opportunities, and engage and build relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Outreach and Engagement, Appointment Setting, Sales Strategy Support, CRM Management, Market Research, Reporting.

Skill Requirement:

- Commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales and business development.

- 7+ years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales development / Business development preferably in a SAAS / Tech / Digital Solution company.

- Hands-on experience with CRM/prospecting tools like LinkedIn, Email drip tools like Outreach, and CRM tools like Salesforce, and Pipedrive is an added advantage.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
