Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Pricing - Commercial Proposals position located in Bengaluru.

- The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and purchasing activities, and overseeing account management responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/ Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role

- Proven experience in pricing strategies and analysis

- Proficiencies in financial modeling, data analysis, and pricing software

- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus

- Relevant certifications such as Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or Certified Professional in Pricing (CPP) a plus

Essential Job Functions:

- Work on complex and strategic deals independently

- Assist in the development and execution of pricing strategies.

- Analyze pricing data and market trends to make pricing recommendations.

- Implement pricing changes and monitor their impact.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing-related projects.

- Provide support to the Senior Manager Pricing.

- Develop and maintain pricing databases and reporting tools.

- Prepare and present pricing reports to management.

- Assist in the development of pricing training programs for staff.
