Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Modeler at Chadwick Professional Services in Pune.

The Data Modeler will be responsible for tasks such as data governance, data modeling, ensuring data quality, defining data architecture, and implementing ETL processes.

Qualifications :

- 7+ Years of experience in Datamodeling.

- Strong in ERWIN or ER Studio or Visio.

- Data Modeling and Data Architecture skills.

- Data Governance and Data Quality expertise.

- Experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in database management systems.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Job Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune and NCR.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain data models using industry-standard tools like ERWIN, ER Studio, or Visio.

- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective data models.

- Ensure data model alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

- Collaborate with data architects to define data governance policies and standards.

- Implement data quality initiatives to improve data accuracy and consistency.

- Design and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses and data marts.

- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest data modeling trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in data modeling.

- Strong proficiency in ERWIN, ER Studio, or Visio.

- In-depth knowledge of data modeling concepts, including entity-relationship (ER) diagrams, normalization, and denormalization.

- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.

- Understanding of ETL processes and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
