End User Productivity

The ideal candidate will be an IT professional responsible for delivering projects in the Org
end user productivity technology areas as a technical expert. The Infrastructure Projects Technical Consultant (IPTC) ensures these solutions conform with the Enterprise IT architecture, are designed for successful delivery and focuses on design and execution in addition to consulting. The IPTC helps to define the Project Charters and may be requested to manage infrastructure projects and/or provide high-level expertise with hands-on activities surrounding development/deployment activities. Candidate should be expected to be a technical informer for the Infrastructure Portfolio and Products Development (IPPD) team.
Responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering specific infrastructure systems, applications and designs for large complex IT solutions that comply with Orgs underlying technical operating environments.Requires a strong understanding of enterprise mobile device management tools like Microsoft endpoint manager, Vmware workspace one, JAMF and client technologies such as Android, Apple and Windows. A good exposure in infrastructure that supports modern workspace such as AD , AAD, PingID and printing as well as experience implementing end user productivity type software such as O365, Skype, Teams. Desire someone who has experience in a technical consultant role who is able to clearly communicate technology concepts and information across different stakeholder groups. Additionally the individual should be comfortable within Agile and waterfall project methodologies and IT frameworks.
Requires a multifaceted individual who understands technology architecture across a broad spectrum of areas like networks, storage, server and desktop and who has worked across and or operationally supported a broad range of technologies that enable mobile, cloud and classic desktop systems.
*Experience Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Minimum 10 years experience in the IT industry out of which 8 years in Technical Consulting
Bachelor s degree in any engineering discipline.
Hands-on technical experience with leading infrastructure solutions from suppliers such as, but not limited to, Microsoft (Windows 10/O365), Apple iOS, Android clients and associated mobile enabling technologies from VMware, CA, Citrix and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS)
Solid experience within end user computing environments, such as
Solutioning/implementation of Digital/Modern workspace
Design and implement Mobile device management tools such VMware workspace one, endpoint manager.
Good knowledge in client operating systems such as Apple OS s, Andriod and Windows
Knowledge in application packaging and deployment for various mobile device platforms
Experience in managing Apple devices
Experience in design and implementation of Windows Auto pilot and Windows hello for business.
Knowledge in Azure AD, SCCM, Federations services (Ping or ADFS)

Demonstrated capacity to use standard modelling approaches, tools and model repositories.
Demonstrated experience in applying multiple technology solutions to business problems; and astuteness in identifying and implementing continuous process improvements.
Partner with business and IT representatives including architecture, application and infrastructure teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Platforms and Infrastructure team
Deliver a high level of technical excellence in implementation of initiatives
