What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Tracking, Monitoring and reporting of IT - Assets (EUC s, DCS (Servers, Storage etc. ), GNS (Network) devices, Application etc. ). via Service Now, BMC ADDM, SCCM & Air watch
• Identify and coordinate undocumented IT Assets with respective Stakeholders
• Maintain CMDB dashboard (Completeness, Correctness & Compliance etc. )
• Schedule CMDB reports / CMDB Data Certification
• Host CMDB governance meetings with data owners.
• Co-ordinate with data providers and data owners to bridge any gaps.
• Educate end users regarding CMDB and its use cases.
• Lookout for Continuous Service improvement initiatives.

• Continuous monitoring of for IT Asset Management (Hardware, Software, Cloud) across enterprise and driving/enabling compliance by following the processes/escalation model defined by the organization
• Extract meaningful data from an analytics tool to build a use case for presentation
• Create and demonstrate meaningful and understandable data for end users to drive them towards compliance
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Managing and prioritizing product backlog by working closely with the Bridge Head
• Drive the enterprise towards compliance with excellent and impactful communication
• Empathizing with end users to understand the problem statement and resolve conflicts
• Proficiency in using agile project management tools and software, such as [JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint]
• Proactively formulating solutions to business and end user problems
• Creating in-depth reports and presentations on a business s processes
• Organize, host workshops and end user presentations
• Working closely with key customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service
• Establishing communication networks with other consultants and stakeholders
• Studying new and potential trends within an industry
• Discovering new opportunities and improvement area for the application
• Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
• Train users on Enterprise Asset Management topics when required
• Revise existing systems and suggest improvements along with the Enterprise architects

Create and publish reports periodically on IT Asset Management Governance

What should you bring along

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 6 years experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management processes and compliance
• Experience in Tracking, Monitoring and reporting of IT - Assets (EUC s, DCS (Servers, Storage etc. ), GNS (Network) devices, Application etc. ). via Service Now, BMC ADDM, SCCM & Air watch
• Experience in stakeholder management to coordinate compliance of undocumented IT Assets
• Capability to maintain CMDB dashboard (Completeness, Correctness & Compliance etc. )
• Capability to report asset information via ServiceNow/CMDB reports / CMDB Data Certification
• Lookout for Continuous Service improvement initiatives.
• Continuous monitoring of for IT Asset Management (Hardware, Software, Cloud) across enterprise and driving/enabling compliance by following the processes/escalation model defined by the organization
• Expertise in Data Processing, Data Extraction, and reporting related to Software/ hardware Asset Management.
• Foundation level expertise with application development for building mini prototypes if required for end user presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, preferably prior international experience or working directly with international clients
• Experience working with Agile Ecosystem Principles, timeboxing, roles and ceremonies
• Proficiency in using agile project management tools and software, such as [JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint].
• Strong experience working in a continuous integration driven environment with proven track record of progressive thinking and continuous improvement.
